CANCELLATION of a course must be made at least five (five) business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) prior to the course to be eligible for a full refund.
If you wish to cancel course after commencement of the session, within a week, a 50% course will be refunded. Please expect a week time for refund. Thereafter no money will be refunded, however you can transfer the course to another person. But you need to wait for the fresh batch to start for that particular course. Certificate will be issued in the name new person.
CLASS CANCELLATION:
If a class is canceled due to lack of attendance, registrants will be notified by email and / or phone and no refund will be made. If a class is cancelled due to the instructor’s emergency, registrants will be notified by email and / or phone. The registrant will be able to choose between a refund, or a class transfer.
